NJ Teacher 2 Teacher has been very successful, conducting professional development in many districts throughout the state of New Jersey and even some schools in New York. Each year we service many new districts, as well as returning to and continuing to serve others. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss possible strategies and plans in helping you meet all of your professional development needs for the upcoming school year.

NJ Teacher 2 Teacher, LLC. was established in 2005 by Nicole Pepe and Darlene Farrace-Prott with the mission of providing the best in professional development to educators. Both Ms. Pepe and Ms. Prott are experienced and certified teachers who believe that professional collaboration is the key to student and teacher achievement. Our NJT2T certified staff has been providing long-term, on-site coaching, consulting and workshops to teachers across the state. Our success is attributed to the fact that we are experienced classroom teachers. Teachers appreciate that we offer practical and realistic skills and strategies that come from our own successes and that have actually been utilized in the classroom. Teachers value that!

Nicole Pepe

Nicole is cofounder and presenter for NJ Teacher to Teacher, LLC, which provides high quality professional development for educators throughout the tri-state area. Nicole has more than 7 years teaching experience in grades K-6, with a special interest in balanced literacy. In addition, she is a supervisor of Rutgers teaching interns and presents workshops for various organizations, such as the Center for Effective School Practices (CESP). She earned a bachelor of science in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a master's in elementary education.

Darlene Farrace-Prott

Darlene is a co-founder of NJ Teacher 2 Teacher, LLC, established in 2003, to provide teachers with high quality professional development. She holds a certification in Elementary Education and has over 14 years classroom experience. Darlene received a BA from Kean University in NJ and is currently completing course work towards a master's degree in Educational Administration. Her vocation as a staff developer and educational consultant includes traveling to many districts throughout New Jersey providing effective learning and support in the areas of Mathematics and Language Arts. Darlene enjoys collaborating with other educators in order to effectively increase student achievement. Darlene is excited to share her experience, ideas, and strategies with other professionals in the field of education.
